If you wish to purchase the property, please submit a purchase offer.
If you are using a mortgage, you will need to submit a loan certificate (a document issued by a financial institution) when submitting your purchase application. *Please feel free to contact us regarding mortgages. Customers using their own funds are requested to submit a balance certificate (a document issued by a financial institution stating the amount of their own funds) within one week.
The real estate sales contract will be concluded approximately two weeks after the purchase offer is submitted.
If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please submit your application as the second-highest priority.
