Located east of the popular Oiwake villa area in Karuizawa Town, the Kariyado area is a 17-minute walk from Seibu Elementary School and has good access to Saku City and Miyota Town. It is an area that is perfect for settling down, with a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for those who want to live a peaceful and calm life. In addition, there are pet-friendly cafes and Asama Fureai Park within walking distance, and there are plenty of walking courses, so it is also recommended for dog lovers. It is a popular area where you can enjoy a convenient life while feeling nature.

<Concept>
We created a home that is sprinkled with time spent in harmony with nature throughout daily life. Each room is located on the south side, and the space is designed to be bathed in sunlight. The deck terrace that continues from the earthen floor salon is a place that feels like a second living room. An outdoor kitchen is also planned, allowing you to easily enjoy BBQs and bonfires. By linking the outdoor kitchen with relaxing moments reading in the afternoon or looking up at the sky, outdoor living becomes a part of everyday life. A balcony is placed on the second floor as an accent to the exterior, and the overlapping horizontal lines add depth and expression to the exterior. We aimed to create a home where the luxury of "having nature as an extension of your life and being able to fully enjoy time outdoors" becomes part of everyday life.

The living room, earthen floor salon, and void space were designed with vertical and horizontal connections in mind. The plan creates an open and comfortable space.

The stylish kitchen features a fully equipped kitchen space with a front-opening dishwasher, an electric oven range, storage space at the rear, and a housework space.

Doma Salon

The space has a calming atmosphere, with floors made of chestnut wood from Shinshu, cypress planks, and an accent wall made of thick tiles.

Enjoy a relaxing time while watching the flames of the wood stove.

Second floor sub-living room

The sub-living room opens onto the outdoor balcony terrace. It is a luxurious space where you can feel the breeze, light, and Shinshu scenery.
